  • Shipping Partners: Orders are shipped through trusted courier services to ensure reliable delivery.
  • Delivery Days: Our deliveries are scheduled on business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Processing Time

  • Order Confirmation: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
  • Verification: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, once you place an order, you are redirected to our WhatsApp where you are required to verify the order details before shipping.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days after shipment.
  • Remote Areas: Delivery to remote or rural areas may take an additional 2-3 business days.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Charges: Shipping charges vary based on the order’s weight and delivery location. The exact amount will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a specific value, as mentioned on our website.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor the delivery status.
  • Use the tracking link provided to check the real-time status of your package.

6. Cash on Delivery (Allow to Open) Policy

  • Customers are allowed to open their packages before making payment for orders shipped via “Trax Courier”, therefore if your Area of delivery is out of coverage, your order will be delivered by other couriers which may not allow you to open parcels before payment.
  • For orders shipped via other courier services, the package can only be opened after payment has been made.
  • Please ensure that the package is inspected upon delivery and report any issues to our customer support team immediately.

7. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the package, our team will contact you to reschedule the delivery.
  • Orders that fail delivery repeatedly may be subject to cancellation.

8. Handling and Packaging

  • All items are carefully inspected and securely packed before shipment to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
  • If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please contact us immediately.

9. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within Pakistan.

10. Delays and Exceptions

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or natural disasters.
  • In such cases, we will keep you updated and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
