- Payment: Payment is due in cash at the time of delivery. Please ensure you have the exact amount as our delivery partners may not carry change.
- Non-Delivery: If the order is not delivered due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the order, we reserve the right to restrict future COD services for that customer.
- Repeated Non-Acceptance: Customers with repeated non-acceptance of COD orders may be required to pay a security deposit or opt for prepayment in future orders.
3. Order Processing and Shipping
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation.
- Delivery Time: Typical delivery takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Shipping Partners: We use trusted courier services for nationwide delivery.
- Shipping Charges: Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping offers, if available, are subject to minimum order requirements.
4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email to initiate the return process.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed after verifying the returned product.
- Refunds are issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 7 business days of return approval.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer support team.
- Orders canceled after shipment may incur a restocking or return shipping fee.
